What forms of payment due to accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club payments from customers worldwide.  Payments are processed through Stripe from our secure checkout to their secure site.  All credit card information is held and processed by Stripe.

How long will my order take to process?

We take about 2-9 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-7 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 7 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 4 business days or less.

Because of the nature of our products, we partner with Printful for all of products.  When your order is received it automatically sent to Printful for fulfillment and we follow their policies.

What is your return policies?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

What are your refund policies?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received and a photo of the item must be submitted for a refund to be considered.  All refund requests will be considered but the decision to issue a refund will be solely at the discretion of the Simple Catholic Store.  If we do decide to issue a refund, the refund can take 5-10 business days to show up in your account.

What about your privacy policy?

We collect as little information about you and from you as possible.  We will store any information that you give us such as a username and password if you supply one.  If you do make a purchase, we will collect information necessary to process your order such as your name & address.  This information is then passed to our vendor to complete your order.  When completing the purchase, our credit card processor will take your credit card information.
